Leyr has signed an agreement with Medoma, the Nordic region's leading digital platform provider for hospital-at-home services, to enable scalable integrations with various electronic health record (EHR) systems. Medoma, founded in 2021, has high ambitions, aiming to help providers deliver accessible and quality care to its patients with high efficiency, while offloading traditional in-patient care units. In order to eliminate administrative tasks for healthcare staff, a seamless transfer of data is needed between Medoma's digital platform and the respective EHR systems in use. As Medoma operates across different healthcare settings and wants to avoid running several parallel integration projects, they have now entered into an agreement with Leyr to exchange patient data with the medical record systems.
